Dustin Bailey

Chief Executive Officer

Dustin Bailey serves as Chief Executive Officer for High Roller Group and is responsible for overseeing the broad strategy and direction of the firm. Having worked for years alongside his father, Terry Bailey, Dustin continues HRG’s tradition of aggressively growing the Company’s portfolio of businesses. Prior to HRG, Dustin worked with High Roller Wells, CenTex Tanks, Salty’s Well Service and Oilfield Water Lines.  He is a graduate of Southern Methodist University and lives in East Texas with his wife (Ginny) and their two children (Trevor and Taygan).

Ryan Mackey

President

Ryan Mackey serves as President for High Roller Group and oversees the new asset development strategy, branding, marketing and sales channels of the Company. Ryan previously worked with High Roller Wells and founded Lotus Oilfield Services, a logistics company focused on fluid hauling, tank cleaning, and rentals for producers, primarily in Texas and Louisiana. Lotus was acquired in 2013. Ryan is a graduate of Southern Methodist University and lives in East Texas with his wife (Carmen) and their three daughters (Falon, Ivy, and Bailey).

Luke Garrett

Chief Operating Officer

Luke Garrett serves as Chief Operating Officer for High Roller Group and handles the Company’s day-to-day operations, as well as the development and construction of many of the portfolio’s major construction assets. Prior to joining the High Roller family, he founded Cornerstone Construction Company, a construction services company, primarily focused in Louisiana and Texas. Luke worked extensively with Terry Bailey during his career at High Roller Wells and has supervised the development of dozens of injection wells, rail and transload facilities, sand mines, and a sawmill. Luke lives in East Texas with his wife (Ginger) and their three daughters (Ally, Lauren, and Whitney).

Jake Bender

Chief Financial Officer

Jake Bender serves as Chief Financial Officer for High Roller Group and manages the corporate development, Mergers & Acquisitions, and capital structure efforts for the Company. Prior to joining HRG Jake worked as an investment banker for Stephens Inc and Piper Jaffray, where he worked on dozens of transactions, primarily in the energy industry including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and public offerings. Jake is a graduate of Saint Louis University and lives in Dallas with his wife (Britt) and their three children (Lexi, Emmy and Rhett).
